The company distributes branded and unbranded petroleum for motor vehicles to approximately 1,800 locations and owns or leases approximately 1,100 sites. Its geographic footprint covers nearly 35 states. CrossAmerica distributes branded motor fuel under the Exxon, Mobil, BP, Shell, Sunoco, Valero, Gulf, Citgo, Marathon, and Phillips 66 brands to its customers. More than 90% of motor fuels distributed yearly by CrossAmerica is branded. Its convenience store brands offer food, essentials, and car washes at more than 250 locations across about 10 states. The company was formed in 2012.
