Shamrock Foods Company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of quality food and food-related products through its family of companies including Shamrock Foods, the largest independent foodservice company in the West and top five in the US, and Shamrock Farms, one of the largest family-owned and operated dairies nationwide. It primarily serves restaurants, healthcare facilities, national accounts, schools, food banks, retail, and hospitality customers by providing everyday staples such as meat and seafood, produce, dry goods, beverages, and supplies, as well as ethnic foods and artisanal, gourmet, and other specialty foods. Proprietary brands include Gold Canyon, Four Leaf Roasters, Markon, Jensen Foods, and Pier 22 Seafood, among others. Founded in 1922, Shamrock Foods is still owned and operated by the founding McClelland family.
