It owns or operates approximately 28,900 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines and around 45 processing plants. It has a presence in many shale basins including the Permian, Eagle Ford, Barnett, Anadarko, Ardmore, Arkoma, Williston, and the onshore and near offshore regions of the Louisiana Gulf Coast and the Gulf of Mexico.
