Magellan Midstream Partners is principally engaged in the transportation, storage and distribution of refined petroleum products and crude oil. Magellan Midstream Partners' portfolio includes some 9,800 miles of pipeline, about 55 terminals, and some 39 million barrels of aggregate storage, located mainly in the eastern half of the US. Magellan's upstream and downstream customers include Valero, Marathon, CVR Energy, Kinder Morgan, Phillips 66, and Shell.
