Lafarge Canada is the largest producer of cement and concrete-related building materials in Canada. It makes and distributes products including specialty, masonry, and portland cement; aggregates; concrete blocks and pipes; hot-mix asphalt; and gypsum drywall; its offerings are used for residential, commercial, and public facilities as well as infrastructure structures including highways and bridges. The company also provides asphalt paving and road construction services. Lafarge Canada has more than360 sites throughout Canada, including quarries, plants, and distribution facilities. The company is a subsidiary of building products giant Lafarge North America, which is owned by Paris-based Lafarge.
