RSL LifeCare was established by the RSL & Citizens Memorial Club, the organisation that was responsible for building the Sydney Cenotaph and Anzac Memorial. Our facilities offer a safe and secure home, everyday and clinical support, and rehabilitation and respite care for veterans and war widows, as well as residential high and low aged care and specialist dementia care for the wider community. Our experienced staff provide 24/7 support and care services to assist people remaining living at home, who may be frail aged, have memory loss, are recovering from illness, adjusting to a disability or need support at end of life. RSL LifeCare is a not-for-profit organisation and all surpluses are reinvested into expanding and enhancing our services for aged and disabled members of the community and war veterans and war widows. RSL LifeCare acknowledges the traditional owners of the land on which our facilities stand. We pay respect to elders past and present, and recognise their continuing connection to land and community.
