The Brazilian Red Cross Rio Grande do Sul Branch, founded in 1903, is a humanitarian, charitable, non-profit, voluntary, omnidirectional and neutral institution, with public-private partnership and public-social, non-religious and apolitical, based on three basic principles: humanity, impartiality and neutrality, independence. It integrates the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement for its activities guided by seven fundamental principles: humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity and universality. We have promoted projects and services that guide our work, such as Health and Social Care, Blood Donation Service, Disaster Relief, Red Cross Youth and Communication. In this proposal, we come together with the Comunitas platform to offer the Emergency Response to Covid-19 Pandemic project.
