As of December 2021, the company had 34,886 employees, 3,451 doctors and 14,617 beds in 52 hospitals in Brazil, in the states of Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Mato Grosso do Sul, Bahia, Paraná, Maranhão, Goiás, Santa Catarina, Pernambuco, Sergipe and Sao Paulo. The company also had more than 130 healthcare units ranging from clinics to outpatient and emergency units, and diagnostic imaging, oncology, laboratories and home care units. In December 2021, Rede D’Or São Luiz employed 35,043 people, allocated in 52 hospitals in Brazil. It also has a hospital in Uruguay, adjacent to the city of Rivera, which serves customers from both Brazil and Uruguay, and in this one, there were 149 employees. In 2022, a new hospital was acquired in Uruguay, in the city of Montevideo, which increased the number of beds from 34 to 120 and which currently employs 48 people. In Argentina, the company stood out with nearly 11,000 employees spread across twenty-two healthcare facilities.
