Birchcliff Energy Ltd

Birchcliff Energy is an oil and gas exploration and production company that operates in Alberta, and has estimated proved and probable reserves of 370.1 million barrels of oil equivalent. It produces about 25,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day. It has a working interest in 12 gas plants, four of which are wholly owned. Its 100% owned and operated natural gas plant in the Pouce Coupe South area is licensed to process up to 150 million cu. ft. per day of natural gas; however, the company is increasing its processing capacity in 2014 to 180 million cu. ft. per day by adding additional compression and sales pipeline for a capital investment of $12 million.
