Rogers Group doesn't crush dreams but it sure crushes the tar out of stones. As one of the nation's largest private crushed-stone producers, the company operates about 70 quarries, construction facilities, and related locations in the Southeast and Midwest. With a foothold in Tennessee, the group produces a variety of products, such as crushed stone, asphalt paving, sand, gravel, and other construction materials. Rogers Group, as part of its business, also offers highway construction and concrete masonry services. Owned by the family of founder Ralph Rogers, Rogers Group was initially established in 1908 as a roadwide crushing operation by Ralph when he was just 19 years old.
