Gulfport Energy Operating Corporation

Gulfport is an independent natural gas-weighted exploration and production company with assets primarily located in the Appalachia and Anadarko basins. The company's principal properties are located in Eastern Ohio, where it targets development in what is commonly referred to as the Utica formation, and Central Oklahoma where Gulfport target development in the SCOOP Woodford and Springer formations. Additionally, Gulfport holds a sizeable acreage position in its interest in Grizzly Oil Sands ULC. The company reports proved reserves of approximately 18 million barrels of oil and 4.0 trillion cubic feet of natural gas.
