Koninklijke NNZ B.V. is a family business headquartered in the Netherlands, with several production, engineering and sales sites in Europe. We are experts in sourcing and marketing fruit and vegetables. Our customers are producers, retailers, and wholesale traders. Our suppliers are growers and growers' cooperatives in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Turkey, Egypt, and Spain. NNZ is a multinational family business with a clear focus on continuity. Our roots go back to 1923, when a trading company was founded on the northern coast of the Netherlands. The origins of the NNZ name lie in the original company's abbreviated name for Nijs, Nico and Zonen (Sons). Between 1970 and 1980, the trading company expanded considerably through acquisitions in Belgium, France and Germany. From 2000 onwards, NNZ invested substantially in primary and processing facilities - currently in: The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Turkey, Egypt and Spain. In 2023, we are celebrating our 100th anniversary and we are more passionate and ambitious than ever. Shaping a sustainable future in our sector together with our stakeholders is our biggest goal for the years to come.
