Atlantic Dominion has built a business providing convenience to the masses. As part of its distribution arm, the company supplies more than 10,000 products -- including beverages, groceries, snacks, cigars and other tobacco products, and general merchandise -- to retailers along the East Coast. It also services vending machines and provides fixture installation, product ordering, CO ²gas and dry ice services, and repairs. Customers include drugstores, tobacco merchants, US military bases, and others. Originally a cigar maker, Atlantic Dominion was founded as Old Dominion Tobacco Co. by Leroy Davis in 1875. The company remains family owned and is led by Robin Davis Ray, the founder's great-granddaughter.
