Customers include drugstores, tobacco merchants, US military bases, and others. Originally a cigar maker, Atlantic Dominion was founded as Old Dominion Tobacco Co. by Leroy Davis in 1875. The company remains family owned and is led by Robin Davis Ray, the founder's great-granddaughter.
