The company offers Pickup and Harris Teeter ExpressLane — personalized, order online, pick up at the store services — at about 2,350 of its supermarkets and provides home delivery services to substantially all its customers. It also has about 35 food production plants in the US, mostly bakeries and dairies. The company was founded in 1883 and incorporated in 1902.
