ASUS Computer International, known as ASUS, is a Taiwanese multinational computer hardware and consumer electronics company headquartered in Beitou District, Taipei, Taiwan. It manufactures a wide range of products including desktop PCs, laptops, netbooks, mobile phones, tablets, servers, monitors, graphics cards, motherboards, optical drives, networking hardware, and wearables. ASUS was founded in 1989 by four engineers, T.H. Tung, Wayne Hsieh, M.T. Liao, and Ted Hsu, who previously worked for Acer. The company's product lineup includes the ZenBook, Vivobook, and Republic of Gamers (ROG) brands. ASUS has a global presence, selling its products in over 100 countries and territories.
