The company operates online stores that allow its partners -- companies from the brand licensing, manufacturing, and nutritional products industries -- to offer their goods directly to consumers. To support its online businesses, SureSource maintains a contact center, a data center, and a distribution facility at its headquarters. President Todd Holson founded the company in 1989; the original business model involved giving consumers access to manufacturers via toll-free phone lines.
