Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A. is a company whose business is the import, storing and selling of refined petroleum and related products, so as to satisfy the specific demands of its clients, while giving preference to selling brand-name products using the Q8 and EP brands, and choosing to diversify supply sources, as well as involving the conversion of crude oil into refined products through third party oil refineries. It is connected to the largest private dock in the Italian territory and is equipped with 100 storage tanks for a total capacity of more than 1,700,000 cubic meters of product. The quality control of the products maintains excellent quality levels, through the constant analysis and examination of the characteristics of the products, according to the principles of UNI CEI EN ISO IEC 17025, and guarantees the absolute safety of products supplied to the user. The national widespread storage capacity of more than 900,000 cubic meters offers many opportunities for the marketing through the generation of subsidiaries at about 250,000 cubic meters. Thanks to the logistic flexibility allowed by the extension of the infrastructure, for competitiveness and costs, Q8 may guarantee continuity of supply even in critical or particular situations, placing important service obligations and ensuring rigorous respect for the environment and safety rules, which are ensured by the numerous monitoring and control technologies of the maritime and terrestrial environment aimed at safeguarding the workplace, the population and the environment.
