For sound professionals, Bose offers loudspeakers and amplifiers, as well as products and software designed for musicians. Bose serves a diverse array of markets, including performing arts centers, places of worship, theaters, stadiums, restaurants, schools, retail stores, hotels, and corporate buildings. Bose was founded in 1964 by Dr. Amar G. Bose, a former professor of electrical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
