Gruma Corporation

Gruma Corporation is one of the main producers of tortillas and related products throughout the US as well as one of the main producers of nixtamalized corn flour in the US. Its tortilla business operates approximately 20 plants producing tortillas, tortilla chips, and other related products and the main brands include Mission, Guerrero, and Calidad. Through its corn flour business, GRUMA operates six plants and the main brand is Maseca. Its food service customers include major chain restaurants, food service distributors, schools, hospitals, and the military. The vast majority of nixtamalized corn flour produced by Azteca Milling in the US is sold to tortilla and tortilla chip manufacturers and is delivered directly from its plants to the customers' manufacturing facilities by third parties. Gruma is the American subsidiary of giant Mexican food company Gruma, S.A.B. de C.V.
