POLIFILM GmbH, founded in 1962 by Helmut and Karin Pape in Wipperfürth, started off as a sales representation for plastics used for packaging. In 1964 production of plastic films for the packaging industry starts at the new production plant in Landau. Over the following decades, the company developed into a strong corporate group with a focus on specialized plastic films. The owner-managed company currently employs 3,000 people worldwide and has its head office in Kent, USA.Further production sites are located in Europe, Asia and the USA. The sites have a comprehensive range of ultra-modern and innovative extrusion and printing equipment with which a high level of automation is maintained, thus meeting customer requirements quickly and flexibly. An integrated quality management system and DIN ISO 9001:2015 certification guarantee the high quality standard of their products.
