Description
J. Bünting Beteiligungs AG stands for a connection of several autonomous companies managing medium-sized businesses. We are a widely diversified owner-operated family business rooted in the region of East Frisia but also active in other national and international markets through subsidiaries and stakes. J. Bünting Beteiligungs AG was founded in 1972. We see our role as the coordinating element for all participating companies and subsidiaries. We take on central tasks of management, such as tax, law, auditing, human resources, and IT, and thus create favourable conditions for the individual companies to be successful in the markets. We bundle knowledge and resources, and we foster a constant exchange of experiences within the group. Joint projects are initiated and the transfer of know-how is promoted. In addition, we advise and assist the companies with strategic decisions and support them with financial and personnel resources. As a central service provider, we take over tasks relating to the acquisition of goods and Dienstleistungen with the aim of negotiating preferential conditions due to bundled purchasing volumes for the individual companies. In doing so, we bundle cross-company know-how, market power, and financial strength to achieve the overall business goals in the best possible way. We create added value for all participants and help shape sustainable and profitable business development.
