PSA Italia, branch of the automotive manufacturer Peugeot S.A., is an Italian car dealership chain headquartered in Turin, Italy. Part of Stellantis, Peugeot S.A. operates in 160 countries and has a joint venture in China with Dongfeng Motor Corporation as its major shareholder, and another joint venture in India with the CK Birla Group. In January 2021, the business merged with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles to form the world's fourth largest automaker, Stellantis. Notable brands include Peugeot, Citroën, Opel and Vauxhall.
